EMI - NEW LOOK SCHEDULE

Mr Ramachandra Shenoi has sent us an excel file which views the EMI schedule from a different angle.  Normally, on large number of websites, we will find a typical EMI schedule wherein the repayment is arranged in such a way that a major chunk of the EMI amount is initially shown towards the repayment of interest and only a small portion is accounted towards interest. 

However, Mr Shenoi has tried to look at EMI schedule from a different angle and shown the major portion of the EMI even at the beginning of the schedule towards the principal.

At first sight most of the bankers may ignore and will like to dump this as irrelevant.    However, we are uploading this Excel sheet for those bankers who would like to go deep into the modalities adopted in this excel sheet.  It will be of great interest to those bankers who wish to develop new products and to those who have academic interest.
