18. Provident Fund:

 

10% of Pay.

 

19. Pension:

 

For Employees retired between April, 1998 and October, 2002: 50% =f the Pay as per 7th BP.

For Employees retired between November, 2002 and April, 2005: =0% of the Pay as per 8th BP.

For Employees retired/retiring from May, 2005: 50% of the Pay as =er 8th BP.

This higher Pension will be paid from 1st May, 2005.

 

20. =ratuity:

 

One month Pay for each year of =ervice with a maximum of 15 months + half month pay for each year of =ervice beyond 30 years or as per Gratuity Act whichever is higher.

Employees and their dependent family members are eligible for =eimbursement of hospitalisation expenses upto specified limits and as per =chedule of charges.
