UFOPFO, Karnataka Meet at Bangalore on 11th March 2012

 

Dear all the aggrieved PF Optees,

 

We had informed that the Transfer Petition 901-914/2011 in the Supreme Court of India was listed on 19th January 2012 and the following orders were passed on that day,
 

1. Call for the report from the concerned Court regarding status of notice.

2. Petitioners may file proof of service.

3. Served respondents may file counter affidavit on or before 29.02.2012.

 

The next date of listing is 13th March 2012.
 

 

Shri Deepak Ramakrishna Kastoori, petitioner No 1 in the Transfer Petition and the under mentioned are meeting our Supreme Court Advocate on 27th February 2012 at 8.30am in New Delhi and filing the affidavit in respect of the proof of notices served to the Respondents.


We have also received a communication from
UFOPFO, Karnataka Unit that the meeting for the 11th March 2012 is finalized. The details are as under,

Mr. Suresh Moorthy, Convenor UFOPFO, KARNATAKA is in charge of the meeting and any persons who intend to speak on the occasion may please forward the details like the writ filed/status and plan of action for furthering the cause of Justice.

 

As Bangalore is an overnight journey from Hyderabad, Chennai, Mangalore and Udupi we request persons from these places who are in the forefront of the struggle to seek Justice in respect of denial of Pension to use the opportunity to air their views.

 

The meeting is timed just 2 days before the next day of listing i.e.13th March 2012 and therefore is an attempt to inform all about the action plan for a coordinated approach in pursuit of Justice at the Supreme Court.
