VENKATESH SHRIYAN  shriyanvenky@yahoo.com

The details of our Transfer Petition :  is as under, Number 901-914/2011  Next Date of Listing 19/01/2012

It is just a matter of time now the UFBU Constituents respond in the Supreme Court.

Is this letter dated 26.12.201 just a posturing ??? or will they maintain the same stance when they file their replies to the Supreme, Court will be known. The constituents of UFBU have been made respondents in our Transfer petition and their replies will be made known in due course.

We however request everyone to strengthen our Hands in this fight for Justice as we are not only fighting the Muscled, Monied and the Powerful but also the Mighty Authorities who will use all the machinery at their disposal and work to curb this endeavour for Justice.

Therefore we once again say, ALONE WE CAN DO SO LITTLE BUT TOGETHER WE CAN DO SO MUCH. Therefore please join the struggle for Justice.

The text of the letter of Our Advocate is as under,

Dear Mr Shriyan,

I am enclosing the final copy of the petition that we filed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court. You will find that there are 147 parties, which include the petitioners in other petitions. Some of the respondents like Union of India, Employees Associations are repeated and hence in effect, there are approximately 100 effective respondents. But rest assured that we have obtained notices for all respondents (including the Petitioners in other Petitions) and sent to Mr Rao.

Please also note that the Supreme Court Registry has also intimated to all High Courts (Madras, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Bombay, Calcutta, Karnataka and Allahabad- Lucknow Bench) about filing of the transfer petition in the Supreme Court and has also requested the High Courts to inform the parties in the respective petitions.

Please also inform your friends in these High Courts to get in touch with the Respective High Courts as well.

Warmly

Divya Jyoti Jaipuriar, Adv.
