We have yet to receive any confirmed updates on the 2nd Pension option to resignees in view of the Court judgements.   In one of the articles, in the comments, Mr

SESHAGIRI SRINIVASAN has given the following comments, which appears to be relevant.

TODAY I WAS VIEWING THE WEB SITE OF KHC, BANGALURU, TO KNOW THE PRESENT STATUS OF REVIEW PETITION, IF ANY, FILED BY VIJAYA BANK, BEFORE THE DIV.BENCH OF KHC, BANGALURU,           ( AGAINST DIV.BENCH JUDGEMENT DT 30.07.2012) AS THEY HAD WITHDRAWN THE SLP ON 07.12.2012, FROM THE APEX COURT,NEW DELHI.

WHILE VIEWING THE CAUSE LIST OF KHC,BANGALURU,THE FOLLOWING IS THE STATUS OF 2 WA FILED BY SYNDICATE BANK & CORPORATION BANK ON 13.11.2012 & 15.11.2012 REPLY.

==WA 8049/2012-BY SB-RESPONDENT BHAGAWAN DAS(RESIGNEE)- CASE HEARD ON 22.01.2013-ORDERED BY DIV.BENCH THAT "CASE TO BE HEARD AGAIN AFTER  2 WEEKS

I OPINE THAT ,

a) WE HAVE TO AWAIT THE DIVISION BENCH OF KHC COURT'S JUDGEMENT, ON THE AFORESAID WA/REVIEW PETITIONS

b) PROBABLY , VIJAYA BANK MAY BE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF FILING REVIEW PETITION AGAINST DIV.BENCH ORDER/JUDGEMENT DT 30.07.2012,OR PROLONGING THE SAME TILL DIV. BENCH, KHC,BANGALURU, DISPOSES OF WAs ( SB & CORPORATION BANK), AS ABOVE.

c) AS DIV BENCH COMMENCED THE WA OF SB ON 22.01.2013, AND NEXT HEARING IS TO COME UP IN A WEEKS TIME, WE HOPE THAT SOME CLEAR CUT JUDGEMENT ,FAVG,LEFT OVER RETIREES MAY BE ON THE CARDS SOON.

CAN ANY BODY MAY ADVISE THE LATEST /FURTHER STATUS ON THE ABOVE CITED WA/RP?
