All our readers are aware that AllBankingSolutions.com has been taking up the issue of denial of 2nd Pension option to number of bankers who had opted for normal VRS before 9th BPS or were forced to resign on account of one reason or the other.    A few days back we have requested all the retired bankers to submit their details through a link given on the Home page of our website.  The response has been reasonable  but not on the expected lines.   The details were asked so that we can create two database - one for Retired bankers and the other one for Serving bankers, so that we can help to bring together the bankers who had similar problems.    We had also planned that if we get sufficient number of retired personnel in the database, a rally can be arranged in different cities on a particular day to bring the issue on the forefront.   However, to successfully launch that kind of movement, we are still far away.  All bankers (serving as well as retiree) must submit the desired details (we are giving below the link for the respective page.

One of retirees, Mr. Gulshan Khurana (who had worked on deputation in the Finance Ministry earlier) contact us and wished that he intends to submit an Appeal to Finance Minister personally.  We shared the names of retired bankers who were denied 2nd Pension option and living in Delhi so that they can coordinate between themselves and go personally to Finance Minsiter's office in North Block at New Delhi and submit the appeal.  Now Mr Khurana has sent us the following details :-

We welcome the great initiative taken by Mr Gulshan Khurana in organising this small team of bankers living in Delhi but retired from different banks.    This initiative has been possible as these people have submitted their details at AllBankingSolutions.com and then these people could be contacted as per needs.

We hope soon Retired as well as Serving bankers will realise the utility of the initiative taken by AllBankingSolutions.com for collection of data and every banker will ensure that  they themselves and all their friends also update the details in our database (it is absolutely free and we ask only minimum details)  as this will bring unity among bankers without any barriers of place / location and the bank they are serving.    You must remember that  AllBankingSolutions.com can NOT do anything on its own as it is free website and does not have resources like unions who collect crores of rupees per annum, but you collectively can certainly put sufficient pressure to achieve your rightful place in the society if you ensure that you too contribute (not money) but your efforts.       AllBankingSolutions at best can only become your facilitator and bring more and more bankers on single platform.
