Where is 17.5% (in real terms) hike? by Rama Mohan Rao K V

Considering three successive Bipartite settlements this time we have got the best hike . Let us see , what we have got in real terms when compared to 7th Bipartite settlement.

8th BPS	2001-02	13.30%	426	10.33%
9th BPS	2007-08	17.50%	519	14.36%

Despite all our efforts the actual benefit given to us by IBA works out to 14.36% (IN REAL TERMS) and we are glad to have received 17.50% .
