THERE IS NOTHING NEW IN THE MINUTES SIGNED ON 27TH NOVEMBER, 2009

It was nothing new in the agreements which was signed on 27/11. This was agreed in earlier sitting. the funny thing I could find is signing for the the same 17.5% wage hike and sharing at 70/30 with respect to pension cost after two months.  Then what UFBU has bargained for?

The leaders are concerned about social security of retiring / retired employees / officers and ignoring the young officers future. the interest shown for pension has scraped the interests of thousands of middle aged bank-men.  Let UFBU be clear on its stand on the young officers who should strive for the survival of the industry. Asking for the sacrifice of young men to compensate the interest of elders is welcome but at what cost? whether our elders will look at the apathy of officers who are interested to continue their career in banking. Are the days ahead are with bright future with no/low salaries.

UFBU is not a union of equals as their is pay parity within. It is union of ....................... ? to safe guard the interest of ............?

one among the deprived young officer !!
