......our answer to all your banking needs |

"What makes people think that union leaders have some underhand dealings?" Karunakaran Duraisamy I joined the banking industry in the year 1973.
Now I am retired under VRS 2000. Right from the entry into bank, I am seeing
the incapacity of our union leaders in negotiating a reasonable wage accord.
On the contrary, SBI unions resorted to an indefinite strike and got
PF,Pension and gratuity. Whereas our Union leaders are supposed to be
struggling for a settlement which may be lesser than SBI's. In what way we
are inferior to SBI employees? Are they doing more work than nationalised
bank employees? |
