These leaders must be having their axe to grind with  each round of talks and talks and talks and  delays. Otherwise no trade union leaders in the world would have acted foolishly ( or deliberately) first fighting for a distant cause called Compassionate Appointments which will be helpful only when a Bank Employee dies and not for an immediate cause called Wage Revision to face the price rise!

Therefore they are not willing either to conclude the talks or to give a Strike Call which is sufficient to Smell a rat in the whole process!! So those who are in thick of the issues and these people keep a watch on them and expose them.

Today we met Mr.Tom , Mr. Dick and Mr. Harry. There was discussion on some issues raised by ( what else can you do!)

There was some agreement on some issues ( only God knows what) . The matter was then referred to a Committee of

Mr.Jack and Mr. Jill. ( Both went up the hill with their reports and UFBU went after them to trace them !! and returned empty handed!) . We gave them our workings and 

they gave us their workings ( mutual home work so that they dont forget School days!). Since we did not agree (or understand ? )with their workings we sought ( begged?) 

for an appointment again. There was discussion on some issues and  we were given a patient  hearing and it was decided to meet again  to

SORT OUT  the matter ( which matter?) at a time most convenient to them.....( what's there - bank employees who depend on their salary for livelihood can wait) 

and as mutually agreed  we met again and decided to meet again and again and again and ....( Could you make out anything from this - nobody can)

A cock and bull story is better than their Circulars now. Some unions like AIBOC doesnt want any email from members. If you click their contacts link it is cleverly  connected to Photo Gallery. This is like this since past few months.  Whom they are fooling ??
