ANANT JEURKAR says “HOW IT IS HAPPENING THAT allbankingsolutions IS ALSO UNABLE TO GET ANY NEWS ABOUT THE EARNEST SUBJECT OF EACH AND EVERY BANK EMPLOYEE? NOBODY IS CONCRETELY TELLING ABOUT THE WAGE REVISION. THE MEETINGS OF UNIONS AND IBA ARE ALSO TAKE PLACE AFTER LONG INTERVALS. AMONG THE LEADERS (?) NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT THE NEXT DATE OF NEXT MEETING !!!!! WHY SUCH LONG INTERVALS ARE THERE FOR THE NEXT ROUND OF TALKS? IT IS TREMENDOUSLY LONG PENDING ISSUE OF WAGE REVISION OF THE NATIONAL FINANCIAL SECTOR AND HOW THESE CONCERNED PEOPLE ( UFBU & IBA DELEGATIONS) ARE SO RELUCTANT ? WHAT IS THEIR INTEREST FOR KEEPING THIS PENDING? GENERL BANK EMPLOYEE, NOW CAN NOT BEAR THE DELAY. IT HAS BECOME TO BEAR,BEYOND THEIR CAPACITY". |

Bank employees all over the country are desperate to know the latest developnent and the wage revision and 2nd option of pension matter is already delayed VERY much. I request the negotiating unions to expedite the matter. |

Anil Bohra says :

Ajay Singh Rathore says : "As long as the Unions are headed by retired people, they will only look after their interests and not of the working people. The present settlement has also dragged on for such a long time because the Union Leaders (retired people) were only interested in looking after the interests of Pensioners. Had it not been the case, the working Bank employees would have easily got more than 30 percent wage increase. God Save the working Bank Employees/Officers from the Retired Union Leaders". |
| Chandrashekhar Kulkarni says : "In fact the wage revision should be at 30% like central govt 6th pay commission and HRA should also be at 30% like central govt employees.17% wage settlement is not convincing". |
