Is AllBankingSolutions.com biased towards Union Leaders

We have received the following email from one of our readers (Rajesh Rajpara):-

Sir, I regularly watch and read ur web site, I observed that when our settlement not done u r writing a lot against union members and also for latest development, but now settlement is over and we are interesting for new chart of salary and new benefits and u r not writing anything new on this site. Please give reply, when things against us u write lot and things comes successfully and positive u r silent

Our Comments : We have been reporting unbiased and still continue to do so. Till date we have not received a single email contradicting the views expressed by our readers. However, we do not want to give wrong rosy pictures. There are no authentic charts released either by IBA or unions. However, we are uploading separately a chart which is in circulation for last few days. However, we will like to reiterate, there is nothing authentic about the same.

In response to above we have received the following comments :

(1) Mr. Kesraliker writes : "I am also regular reader of your site. I did not found any biased view upon any of the issue however it is the only site which guides properly and takes practical view on the issues. If the behavior of the leaders is unchanges with respect to time the members have to suffer a lot in the days to come as suffered during this bi partite settlement.
Leaders are expected to take rational views in the interest of bank employees considering generation gap along with banks financial growth."
