No Strike

One More Strike has been called upon by Our Soul saver Sh. Venky Bhagwan who has been working tirelessly for the last so many Years to save Banking from going in wrong hands as well as to provide world class banking at cheaper cost to Indian masses. He has again called for strike against the merger of banks, who knows he may prove to be right in future, but I would request him to first be true communist before calling for strike.

Communism has a common underlying principle that equal rights to everybody but could they implement this basic principle in payment of wages in banks . The answer is no. The salary of SBI, RBI and other Public sector banks has a big difference. The DA is calculated on a Index which is as Old as his age. The allowances further have different level of differences.

Now why there is no commonality among the banks in payment of wages because wage has never been the agenda for unions, it is only blackmailing of Government on all development related issues in banks that becomes the cause of opposition. In the case of nuclear deal how communist behaved that everybody knows. It is very clear that they have no interest in serving bank employees, neither Indian Public which will face lot of trouble due to strike. They think of people interest when only they are about to loose their Job. I personally do not vote to Communist parties in any election but in Bank I have to follow the dictate of our communist super heroes to go on strike, whatsoever be the cause. But If union has no logical reason for calling strike than I will not go on strike to please Mr. Venkatchalam and co. and I will also urge my fellowman to reject the call of strike as it is good for none ( Public, Country and Bank Staff).

I am sure that communist are not true Indian if they were they should not have called for strike for this unnecessary reasons , It is the Govt. Job to see the welfare of.

Let Mr. Venkatachalam alone go for strike not only a work strike but fast unto death so that we if govt. get impressed we would get wage settlement and if he fails at least we will get rid of false leader.

Our comments : We are neither supporting the strike nor are dead against the strike. However, we decided to allow the bankers like you who find it difficult to have a channel to express their views, express their views openly. We have taken up the cause of the general bankers and are trying to give them a chance to express their views. Let bankers decide about the priority for going on strike.
