You have done a great job of bringing in the awareness of it among us though we are literate but unfortunately behaving like illiterate dock workers as in any old Hindi films. Always exploited by the Union Leaders And the Boss IBA.

But i hope this Mass Movement doesn't stop here after this settlement and we would be very much thankful if your site and actions bring transparency accountability and fair practice and  A BIG BIG CHANGE IN UNIONISM.

FRANKLY I DON'T BELIEVE IN UNIONISM  BECAUSE THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THEN A DALLAL TO GET THEIR FEED AND MORSEL OR CUT  

Do any of the bankers still believe after all this fuss of so many days that the current union leaders are working for us Not at least.  These current leaders have never worked for us since the last 20 years or so.  

If any one still praising them is living in a fools paradise and they believe in guru chella tradition.

Men this is 21st century now the days are gone for these praises. 

Remember no one works for others. Everyone has its self motto to fulfill and so none is really helping others

Even if there was no union then automatically something would have happened in fact we would have got a better pay now if these union dallas wouldn't have been there.
