Various Charts Showing Meager Increase in Salaries

There has been lot of resentment among the bankers as they are totally dissatisfied with the new settlement. The workman staff and officers in Scale I, II and III are most affected, as the increase in their cases has been the lowest.

However, inspite of the strong protests, union leaders have gone ahead with the settlement and the views of the members totally ignored. Now, as more and more details of the settlement are coming out, the frustration among this section of the staff is sharply increasing. Members are recalculating their net increase and feeling cheated. Some of the members keep on sending us the details as to how low the increase in net salaries have been in their cases. In view of this, we are uploading below the charts sent to us by some of the readers, who feel cheated by this settlement.

How the New Officers of PSU Banks have been cheated in the name of new Wage Revision. The starting scale offered by IBA of Rs. 15000/- brought down to Rs. 14500/- then further stop the annual increment of new Officers by 07 years. A comparative chart of increment rate is produced here below
